I really enjoyed this book, but I was also really inspired by this other book called The Bench Sitter by Katlin Sweeney. It was really great for anyone who has played sports currently or in the past, and it did not work out the way you expected it to. A lot like how Misty May's book was, The Bench Sitter talks about the idea that where you start is not where you end up. You guys should DEFINITELY go read it. This is one of my favorite books of all time.

Misty I want to meet you so bad. You are my idol. You are my favorite volleyball. I want to be agreat volleyball player just like you. I wish I just started playing earlier so I play in the Olypmics. Misty if I ever meet I would just have to thank you for becoming my hero and my role model. You are the only reason I play sports ;after my older sisters have played sports and have been hurt really badly. My middle sister torn something in her knee and has hurt her head so many times that I count by playing soocer. My older sister almost broke her arm and has had two black eyes just by cheerleading. So it is a big deal that I am playing a sport because I know how hurt you can get. Misty thank you so so so so much. Even though you do not know me personally. I wish we did know each other. ----------------- Hallie
