I think that this book has be my favorite book so far in this whole series for what the message they are trying to bring to the table. Mickey works hard to follow her dreams of being a famous fashion designer but all it took was one assignment for things to not go her way. It was only when she ran into the famous Gigi Harlow that she thought everything was going great until she meet the real Gigi Harlow. When she runs into Gigi's rival, Kendyll Jansen at an fashion event, things start turning around but she has to keep a major secret from everyone until the Met Costume Ball. It's then that Mickey earns the trust from someone that she never saw coming and it's propels her forward to the future that she always dreams of. The thing I got from this book is don't always follow or believe the popular people for they might not be the person that they lead everyone to think that they are. Wait for the ones like Kendyll that prove to Mickey that they are not all the same people for what status they have. It would have been so cool to have a picture of the dress that Mickey designed in the book just to see how truly stunning it was. Thank You to Sheryl & Carrie Berk for another great book in this series that not only promotes fashion but staying true to yourself as well! I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book from Edelweiss!
