If you recently removed the training wheels from your bike you may find this book useful. Otherwise, I doubt you'll get you money's worth.
(Please note that this is a review on the actual paperback version.) I really enjoy reading this book! Lots of great pictures and practical advice make it an excellent read for any mountain biker. Overall, I reccommend this book!
