About the Author

A self-described nerd and lover of science, Linda Rae spent many years as a published technical writer specializing in 3D graphics workstations, software and 3D animation (her movie credits include SHREK and SHREK 2). An interest in genealogy led to years of research on the Regency era and a desire to write fiction based in that time.

A fan of action-adventure movies, she can frequently be found at the local cinema. Although she no longer has any tropical fish, she does follow the San Jose Sharks. She makes her home in Cody, Wyoming. For more information about her books, go to her website: www.lindaraesande.com.

The beginning of the book we see Alistair Comber whom is The earl of Aimsley's second son and Gabriel Wellington whom is The Earl of Trenton talking together. We find out some of their history right off the bat. Gabriel seems a little odd but it just seems he was steered in the wrong direction for his clothing choices. By the end he seems like a good guy. He is one of the romances that we see in the book the other one is of course Alistair. Alistair has been disowned by his father and has found a job working in the Stables for the Harrington house. This is when we meet Lady Julia Harrington and her friend Lady Samantha who dares her to turn the groom into a gentleman. It was a good read. I actually liked most of the characters. A couple were a little weird and different but no one was really a true villain type. I do like that when things were revealed in the end most people were reasonable rather than being small minded. Worth a read. I received this book for free from eBook Discovery. I voluntarily review this book. This is my honest review.
