About the Author

Vice Admiral Pradeep Chauhan, AVSM & Bar, VSM, Indian Navy (Retd) took over as the Director of the National Foundation on 01 August 2017. The Admiral retired in December 2013 after a distinguished four-decade-long service career, wherein he commanded several of the Indian Navy's front line surface combatants including the aircraft carrier INS Viraat.
