About the Author

Carolyn Schwartz has always loved being a full-time wife, mom, and homemaker but has also taken turns being an elementary school teacher, a piano teacher, a property manager, and a travel journalist. At present, she and her husband call Pittsboro, North Carolina, and Frisco, Colorado, home, although she’s far from ready to stay put and still feels a sense of wonder anywhere she travels in the world.
