I really enjoyed the first two books in this series but this one is the best yet. The series and particularly this book is fresh and new while keeping the underlying themes of love and family that draw us to this genre. How she ever came up with this clever plot and setting is beyond me (sort of Westworld meets alien mpreg sci fi)! Can't wait until the next one!

This book was very different than the previous two. I liked how we are starting to see some of the cultural and societal impacts of the loss of Femeni on the Volardi.

Before this, we've seen individuals trying to solve the crisis in crazy ways, but the core Volardi society was intact. In this book, we begin to see that even with omegas from Earth, the Volardi are still facing the threat of extinction.

I found this especially fun.

Intriguing world, looking forward to reading the rest of the series.

I knew this was the third in a series, but it says it will stand alone--and it did to a point. I didn't have any problem picking up the world building, it was fully explained without feeling like you were missing anything.

I was absolutely fascinated by the initial world, the Volardi, and their interactions with Earth. I don't read much sci-fi anymore, so I'm not sure how unique this twist is, but I was intrigued.

Alien meet omegaverse? Weird? Yes. Interesting? Yes. I was iffy on the idea but I have a slight obsession with alien books and recently obsessed with mpreg ones. So obviously I said why not? The book was slow at first but eventually picked up and I got more into the storyline. Something new and interesting to say the least indeed.
