No Game No Life is amazing, if you watched the anime, then I totally recommend to read Volumes 3+ if you've read the first three and the first season of  the anime adaption. It's a great way to get ready for the upcoming second season. The art style is really colorful and awfully beautiful.

This 4.5 star worthy. Not 'OH MY GOD THIS IS AWESOME!', but close enough.

This is not like SAO at all. I've seen the anime for NGNL and season 1 & 2 of the anime for SAO. SAO is set in a virtual reality video game and NGNL is set on a different world. (The main characters are from Earth they just got transported there.) Personally I like the design of NGNL better than SAO but other than that I like them both equally. Although as far as I know the anime for NGNL is not english dubbed yet. :|

Just a forwarding to those purchasing this. This is not the manga as the discription and reviews would lead you too believe. This is a good series, but I'm not interested in the novel version of it.... :/

No Game No Life is the best thing since Sword Art Online. If you like one, you will definitely like the other. Definitely recommended to teenage/young adult/adult readers!

This light novel is a nice, quick read with an interesting story. I really enjoyed reading it and the only reason it won't get five stars is that the quality of the writing isn't very high, but if you can put up with that and just focus in the story, I'm sure you'll enjoy this!!

This is one of my favorites. The storyline is amazing and charaters are lovable. Not to mention how refreashing it is to have so.e battles that don't depend on strengh but on witts. Truly one of the best.

Not a review but a question, is this the manga or the lightnovel?

OMG, I love the artwork! You'd think that the anime had wonderful, fantastic artwork but the manga's is just pure beauty!! It has so much detail in every little aspect but what else would you expect from the wonderful manga artist Yuu Kamiya??!! XD His works such as E.A.r.T.h,  A dark rabbit has seven lives, Clockwork Planet, Greed Packet and more, all have the most beautiful feels to it and his plots are just beyond original and perfect ;) The No Game No Life volume 1 also provides a lot more background than what the anime had provided and a little more back story to it!! So, just like the other review read, if you are a fan of Sword Art Online, Log Horizon, or really any anime that involves the concept of fantasies and video games, then this is a must read!!!!!
