Nowhere to Run (KEY News Series #6) by Mary Jane Clark

New York Times bestselling author Mary Jane Clark delivers Nowhere to Run, a thrilling novel of psychological suspense set in the world she knows best--network news

Botulism, anthrax, smallpox, plague: as medical producer for television's highly-rated morning news program, Annabelle Murphy makes her living explaining horrific conditions to the nation. So when a KEY News colleague dies with symptoms terrifyingly similar to those of anthrax, she knows the panic spreading through the corridors of the Broadcast Center is justified.

As one death follows another, Annabelle's co-workers look to her for assurance, but she finds it hard to give comfort. To her, the circumstances surrounding the infections suggest diabolical murders.

And when the authorities lock down the Broadcast Center with the identity of the killer still unknown, neither the victims nor the murderer can escape...

Nowhere To Run is full of Mary Jane Clark's signature intricate plotting and taut psychological suspense.

This is my favorite book so far! However, the quality of the ebook is poor - full of errors, same chapter included twice, some words cannot be figured out. BN can do better.

I read this book expecting something good, but not the best. I found a compelling story that I could hardly put down. The ending surprised me, and the plot overall was extremely well-written. There was an even balance between characters and their personal and social lives, which I found wonderfully refreshing after the stereotypical one character, one side of their lives. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone 14 or older.

This is her best yet! This really hits home with the latest in the news the past two years, but this was a very exciting and enticing story. Characters very vivid and real. Great Job Mary Jane. Get this book or borrow from friend or library! Well worth reading!

Ripped from the headlines, 'Nowhere to Run' is Mary Jane Clark's best media thriller -- I defy anyone to put this book down once you've started! At the center of the anthrax-as-murder-weapon suspense, KEY News medical producer Annabelle Murphy is one of Clark's best-drawn heroines, with a firefighter husband still trying to recover from his own 9/11 World Trade Center heroism, and a pair of twins who, themselves, become the target of a killer who will stop at nothing. Breathless pacing and a truly WOW revelation at the end!
