A routine day at Linda's job turns into something of a nightmare. Taking an intern under her wing, she expects to have an easy day at her job and forget all about her failing relationship. Soon after the arrival of a car crash victim, the hospital turns into a dead house. Trapped inside with the mayhem, she needs to get out to survive. However, there are no guarantees of survival. No guarantees of rescue. And escaping the hospital is not a sure thing, because the dead reach far.
