Can't stop reading this series

One More Moment is a great continuation to The McCormicks series. Finally we get to see the movie of Mr Summer shaping up. It is quite a genius idea to cast Cal as Ian. After all, who could play his brother better than him? It is quite surprising though that a pretty famous model such as Cal yearns to settle down, especially when 2 of his brothers have already found their loves. And it is even more surprising that Cal would fall for Milena, a woman with self esteem issues. I really loved the ending of this story. It was really touching and romantic.

I loved reading One More Moment by Elena Aitken, as this is youngest brother, Cal’s story. Cal left his modeling career and ex-girlfriend in Australia to act as his brother Ian in Mr. Summer, the summer’s hottest new show. After meeting local real estate agent, Milena Hill, he is a goner, wanting to date her, kiss her, be with her. Milena transformed her life by getting healthy, kicking out her deadbeat, controlling boyfriend and starting a new career. The last thing she expects is to fall for the incredibly handsome Cal or for him to fall for her. She is not a fan of publicity or being in the tabloids and wonders if she can adapt to the life Cal holds. I truly enjoyed reading this book and had trouble putting this book down. Everytime I read one Ms. Aitken’s books I think she can’t write another better than this one, but she does. Each and every time. Ms. Aitken knows how to tell a wonderful story and makes me want to live in Cedar Springs. This is the third book in The McCormicks series, but each book is a standalone story. I am looking forward to the next book in this series and highly recommend this book to other readers. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.

I'm loving this series by Elena Aitken! I'm definitely looking forward to reading the next book in the series. Cal McCormick is moving back to his childhood home after being gone for many years. He's finally getting his big break in the movie industry. The move is just what he needs having just left his modeling career and his ex girlfriend in Australia. He's looking forward to his life change and spending time with his family. Milena Hill has recently changed her whole life. She has dropped a lot of weight, dumped her ex boyfriend and started a new career. Meeting Cal was an added bonus to her new life, but she wasn't sure that she could be a part of Cal's life and all that being a celebrity entailed. I was given an ARC from the author/publisher. All conclusions are mine and mine alone.

One more Moments is a continuation of the McCormick story. I love returning to Cedar Springs and their love stories of the McCormick boys. With Cal and Melina story Elena brings back members from the Lodge the Springs. This is really a true love story with all the twist and turns of real life except for everyone is not a up rising movie star. This book is one of the best I have read in awhile and is my favorite of the series so far.

This book is in a series about Cedar Springs. Every one of these books have been awesome and this is no exception. As one of my favorite authors, Elena Aitken, continues to keep me wanting more. Each book in this series is great and I love the way she laces different characters from the other books. That being said, you can still read this one as a stand alone. But be aware that this will just want you to read all the others. This lovely story is about Milena who finally takes her own life into her own hands and realizes she is great not like her late boyfriend seemed to thing. But she still isn’t use to getting compliments especially by someone she really likes. Cal thinks she is amazing and not quite sure why she doesn’t take compliments like other girls. As their relationship progresses, both feel like they have finally found the right one for them. But since this involves being in a movie and the spotlight can they both handle this? This is a book that was so good, it was a good thing I started reading it Saturday so I had all day to read. Honestly, I couldn’t put the book down.

Another brilliant book in this series. I love the two different main characters, the tv star and the ordinary girl.....nothing ordinary about the chemistry these two share. Some small hurdles to get over before they can cement their relationship but love gets them through. I look forward to Declans story next.

Famous model, Cal, come to town to try his hand at acting. He'll be playing his brother. He meets the local real estate agent, Milena and things are going great until a big secret is revealed. Can they make this work?

I have read all the books about the McCormick brothers and Elena Aitken didn't disappoint with Cal's book. Cal has come back from Australia to star in Mr. Summer. Milena Hill is a realtor and. Cedar Springs local. Can a relationship work with an up and coming star and someone with esteem issues? This was a beautifully written story about learning to love yourself and accept the things you can't change. Cal was willing to show Milena what was most important to him and he did it in a spectacular fashion. I recommend this and all the other books in this series to everyone looking for some terrific romance reads.

Cal McCormick. He’s the latest, and youngest, McCormick whose story is told in One More Moment. Even though we read that he is only 23 years old, I’d have to say he strikes me as an old soul. Don’t get me wrong, he’s a (McCormick) ‘boy’ and makes silly missteps when it comes to relationships, but he really came across as thoughtful and caring, and thought more than about just himself. And when he spots Milena Hill (it is again, as they met when they were much younger)? He is pretty much lost from minute one. Milena is still working on her self-worth after battling weight problems and self-dislike AND a nasty ex. She has no idea why Cal would be interested in her. Of course, Cal thinks she is gorgeous, and a wonderful person. Herein lays their story, about their journey towards their HEA. There are some major bumps in their courtship but it is a story told with much feeling and heart. My first reaction is to say, “Awwwwwwwwwww!” because these two make me smile. Love Cal, identify with Milena (what woman doesn’t), and the cast of characters in this series make me smile. And the brothers come through for one another, always. Loved this story, it is a standalone, but you will enjoy it so much more if you read the others in the series. It’s always fun to visit with other characters I’ve read before.

I haven't read the previous books in this series and I am so sorry that I haven't because this book was awesome. I didn't feel lost in this story but I definitely want to know more about these characters as soon as possible!! Cal has returned home from Australia to star as his brother, Ian, in a new TV show. He isn't necessarily looking for love after being burned by and breaking up with his ex. When he runs into Milena, the attraction is instant and the pull to be with her is strong. Milena is finally gaining some self esteem after moving on from her horrible ex but doesn't quite believe model Cal is really interested in her. Their relationship is built on showing each other all of the amazing things about one another. Even though there are lots of actors in this story, there's a surprising lack of drama. I loved the instant connection between Cal and Milena and the supportiveness of both of their families. There has not been a single book by this author that I haven't enjoyed and this one is no exception. Once I started I wasn't able to put it down. I can't wait to go back and read the first two books so I can visit this family again. *This is my voluntary review of an advanced reader copy*

Sweet read. Romance, a little steam and of course trials and tribulations. Easy summer read. Great for the beach. Good read. Worth the time spent.
