This two-volume book is an elementary text on ordinary and partial differential equations. The first volume pertains to ordinary differential equations (ODEs), a topic that most students in science and engineering faculties take in their second year. The second volume concerns partial differential equations (PDEs) and boundary value problems (BVPs), usually found in the curriculum of mathematics, physics, and mechanical engineering departments.
