Overview

Our Little Promise is a children's short story written by Priya Pasumarthy and illustrated by Maria Stoyanova. Billy visits Lilly's home on April Fool's Day. Lilly dresses up as a Messy Alligator, Brown bear, Grey Cat, Mighty Elephant, toothy Goldfish, Slimy Snail, Scary Shark in creative ways. Billy enjoys pranks and keeps up with the fun without feeling bad in any situations. After bidding farewell, Billy tells his mother about pranks and fun he had with Lilly.

It is great to have friends and friendship. It is on us how well we can keep up our friendship.

Our little promise- is authored by Priya Pasumarthy. Her first children's storybook Halloween At Luke's won the 2019 Royal DragonFly Awards and Five Star Readers Favorite reviews. She holds a Master of Science Degree in Marine Biology. She won a lot of prizes for short story/ writing contests. Few of her works were published in local magazines then. Currently, she resides with her family in the Bay Area, California. Her hobbies includes; shopping, reading, writing, listening to music, singing, travelling, watching films, & horse riding.

Maria Stoyanova, is a UK based illustrator. She has illustrated over 50 books to date. Her hobbies are drawing, painting, reading, and travelling.
