One of the most important books of our final century. This is not a casual read, but requires you to pay attention - to realize that humanity is accelerating our shiny motorcycle straight into a brick wall of our own design. What happens after that? It probably won't matter much to "humanity" because Civilization as we know it will be gone. We have this tendency to try to turn Environmental problems into Political problems where the special interests can take over to cause growing delay to take the necessary action to save ourselves. And the richest will be a few bucks richer before the planet goes to Hell and their 'tricks' won't work anymore.
