These are the most beautiful collection of the OZ series that I have ever seen. The books are average size, relatively lightweight, and printed on quality paper. The box the books come in does make for a tight fit but arrived in perfect condition. Each book has a beautiful soft velvety dust jacket. The font and size make for easy reading. These are the books that you will want to pass down from one generation to the next getting that amazing old book smell as they age!
My 8 year old daughter loves to read so we got this set for her for Christmas. She loves them. The books themselves seem to be okay quality. She is 2/3 through the first volume and the binding in the inside of the front cover is already cracking. The storage box they came in is too small for the books and came torn on one edge. If it wasn't torn it would be impossible to get the books in and out without turning the whole thing upside down and letting all the books fall out. So we just left it the way it is. The paper seems to be of good quality and like I said....my daughter loves them.
