About the Author

About the Author

D. G. Foster was born and raised in Durango, and Silverton, Colorado. He and his father spent their vacation days and weekends working cattle on BLM land and in the mountain ranges of southwestern Colorado and northwestern New Mexico. Mr. Foster currently lives in Seminole, Texas, where he works in the oilfields of West Texas and Eastern New Mexico, and is still a part-time cowboy though maybe only at heart.
