About the Author

Borne in 1971 Richard started school life as an outgoing, bright, and lively child. By the time he left school in 1988 he had no grades or qualifications and had become withdrawn to the point he barely able to communicate with the world at large. Ten years later and stuck in a dead end job Richard made the discovery that changed his life and for the first time inspired him to learning. Fast forward to the present Richard has been unstoppable in the intervening years, with an unquenchable thirst for learning he has returned to college, completed distance learning courses, read, and listened to the equivalent of several degree courses in educational and self-improvement book materials, become an NLP master practitioner and a clinical hypnotherapist, all whilst holding down a day job.
