Excellent guide to patents. Accessible and easy to understand. Breaks down a complicated subject into understandable parts and made me confident when protecting my product in the early stages then when patenting it. Learned a bunch of tricks on how patents can be used to help my business aside from just stopping people from sealing my ideas. Highly recommended!
Glad I found this patent guide to help my app startup navigate the patent process. I would recommend it for any inventors or entrepreneurs that are working with technology that can be patented. Does a nice job of helping us non-attorneys understand the complicated patent process and how to properly protect ideas and inventions. Fun stories and examples keep it interesting and help illustrate why patents are so important to startups.
By far the best book on patents that I've come across. Has good stories and examples and lots of actionable info instead of just theory. Has made a big difference in how our company has planned out and structured our patent protection.
I already have a couple of patents under my belt and though I knew just about everything I need to know about the process. Originally bought this as a gift but started reading a bit and kept it for myself (and then bought another copy ;) ). Learned a bunch of new tricks on the patent process that I'm gonna use in my pending apps and hopefully in some new ones that I'll be filing. A great resource - even if you already have some patent experience or are a patent beginner.
