Overview

Personal Healthcare Portfolio (PHP) empowers families, individuals and their loved ones to take charge of their healthcare experience by enabling them to manage and control healthcare information in one secure place. Inside you will find a detailed ROAD MAP to help you navigate through our healthcare system efficiently and effectively. PHP ensures that your personal patient information is organized so that, as a patient, you can make optimal medical and financial healthcare decisions.

PHP works much like a resume, helping you track your healthcare experiences and accomplishments. It enables you to document and protect your identity, and to demonstrate everything you have done to keep yourself healthy. It also serves as a private record that can be shared at your discretion with doctors and others who need to know your healthcare history.
