I've read this first on watt pad when it was just being published there and fell in love with it! You get swept up in the lives of the characters and fall in love with them and the amazing story that unfolds on the pages. You will keep coming back for more.

Super cute series but took off a star because it's pretty short. Not a novella, but not 300 pages either. I don't normally read books with million or billionaires, but you don't know that immediately going in. Wish the girls had less hang ups, but the boys are sweet. Not exactly spicy reading, but makes for a good afternoon read on a rainy day or relaxing at the beach.

Wonderful story of losing love but finding her true love. Characters are well written so you feel all the motions of sadness, jealous, and love. Enjoyed this book.

Recommended? Oh, yeah! I was not sure what to expect but what I read was different from anything I've read before. A wedding planner - suddenly finds herself w/o her boyfriend/fiancee. Gosh, what else could go wrong and upset her life. Didn't take too long for her to find out. Her ex called a week or so later and asked her to meet him at a lovely eatery. She was sure he was going to ask for her forgiveness and get back together as he said he had something really important to ask her. He was there with his best friend who she could not tolerate and who she thought lived to make her life miserable with all his comments. To make matters worse her ex was asking her to plan his wedding. Not to her but to someone else - a beautiful French woman. I found myself laughing out loud several times. Could things get worse? She had to stop asking herself that because her ex told her his best man was the guy she could not tolerate. Things did get worse - his new finance asked her not only to plan the wedding but to be a part in it. Suddenly, she found herself flying first class (compliments of the bride to be) to Paris to be fitted with a custom designed bridesmaid gown. Yes, things could still get worse she was to meet the to be ultra-rich in-laws who did not like her much less wanted anything to do with Americans. There are still several unexpected things to happen and I am sure you too will have several laugh out loud moments when you read this story.

Thought it was very good

Kind of funny, yet kind of sad & depressing. It's a quick read with a lot of eye rolling and here-we-go-agains, but it had its moments. I didn't like how Veronica was a complete pushover and a runner (from problems). She's such a depressing character for me. Overall, I would have liked a lot more substance from the book.

It had me guessing until the end.

Easy to read, cute and somewhat predictable, there were several twists. Veronica is a wedding planner tasked with the unthinkable, plan her ex's wedding. Okay, so who really does thay? This made for an interesting story. This sends Veronica on an emotional roller coaster and path of discovery. Jacob, the ex, and Levi, his annoying best friend, make things seemingly worse. With supportive friends, especially Chase, Veronica's bestie, Veronica has to grow a backbone. Or, at least laugh because there are no tears left to cry. I thought this was a good first read from this author. Cute with a side of silly and a healthy does of seeing things for what they really are. There is some language, but no adult scenes.

Skipped over a lot of this as how many times does the main character run or walk away from a situation? Very tiresome. Not interested in reading more from this writer.

Nica isn't over her ex when he asks her to plan his wedding to her replacement. Unable to say no, she accepts. She is thrust into seeing her ex with his finance up close and personal all while dealing with his cocky best friend, Levi. Nica is faced with feels from the past and new feelings she didn't know she had. A story filled with passion, love, a straightforward best friend, healing, self discovery, and desire. A great read. I couldn't put it down. Can't wait to finish Nica's story!

This was such a sigh-worthy romance! Veronica (Nica) is an up-and-coming wedding planner who had her heart broken when her boyfriend went to Paris and fell in love with someone else. As if that isn't bad enough, he then asks her to plan his wedding! Even worse (could it GET any worse?), she's stuck spending time with Levi, her ex's best friend that he despises. It shares at least a few aspects with the movie French Kiss (which I adored), but is absolutely a story all its own. To start, I really enjoyed the earlier interactions between Nica and Levi, when he was just the arrogant, French bad boy that drove her crazy and she just couldn't stand him. Even then, their chemistry was pretty obvious and it was HOT! I just loved the way that things started to fall together for them and how they built up. I also loved how this wasn't a story you would necessarily expect - there was no animosity between almost anyone, which made things really pleasant! There is love and magic in Paris and that was my favorite part of this. I've never (yet) been to Paris, but felt the city come to life in this story. This wasn't as focused on the job of a wedding planner as I would have expected, and I'm not necessarily sure about the "confessions", but the aspects of the planning and wedding events added some great sprinkles. The titles of each chapter being parts of a wedding (The Groom, The Cake, etc.) was a really cute touch too. I found this to be a sweet & sexy, charming escape that is a great choice for fans of chick lit!

*ARC received through Xpresso Book Tours in exchange for an honest review* My Rating: ❤❤❤❤ (4 Sweet Stars) Confessions of a Wedding Planner is a sweet love story that will makes you swoon for a certain Frenchman and rooting for him to have his girl. It's a quick read but at the same time it is adorable and very engaging. First of all, I must say that I LOVE THE COVER! So heavenly pretty really. That cover perfectly showcase how sweet Veronica is and I fall in love with it on the first sight. Although people say don't judge a book by it's cover, it is usually the cover first that piqued my interest and I am definitely interested in this book. Levi Laurent or Olivier Laurent is a mesmerizing and dreamy Frenchman and I just can't help but liking his character. He can be romantic and so sweet to Veronica and I was totally in full mode swooning over him. I especially love the way she called Veronica "My sweet, sweet Veronica". Sigh. So romantic. He really is the Levi to my Veronica! He oozes mysterious aura and I am excited to know more about his immediate family, his background and what makes him tick. I am also loving Veronica as the heroine of this book because I can feel along with her when her feelings changed gradually from feeling jealous with Jake and Sandrine to falling in love with the charming Levi. I love her profession as a wedding planner and her believe in marriage and as person who is getting married soon I particularly like this kind of theme. Although I love how the romance is set up between Levi and Veronica, it is not until the very end that I have the satisfaction of 'seeing' them become an item and that moment is pretty short so I hope they will be more to their happy couple times in the next book for me to indulge into. Overall I think this book delivers a good love story that romance lovers would absolutely love to read and be engrossed into. I would recommend this to contemporary romance reader who love good-looking Frenchman, Paris and wedding. And by the way, I noticed that the next book's title is The Bachelor's Perfect Proposal so does that means Levi will propose to Veronica and they will get married? I am already so intrigued with the next book!
