About the Author

Behrooz Mirafzal is a professor in power electronics and energy conversion systems at Kansas State University. He has many publications and patents in power engineering. Prior to joining academia, he was a research engineer in the R&D group of Rockwell Automation/Allen-Bradly in Wisconsin.
