This is a heartwarming romance. There are some very hard times for the bride in this story. It has some gritty moments. There are themes of faith, family and love. There are some kind secondary characters. The way that the characters deal with problems is inspiring.

I was distracted by the sentences that lacked proper structure: were "run-on", had missing commas, etc. The misspelled words interrupted my reading-I had to stop and figure out what the author meant to say. By page 10, the poor word choices, run-on sentences, and the lack of action scenes (the classic too much telling, not enough showing), overwhelmed me. I was no longer interested in reading this story.
