The book "Prime time pitcher was about a boy names Koby Caplin. Kiby play baseball for his school. His teams name is the Cardinals. The Cardinals are very not popular, but with Koby's help they become popular. After a local TV newsman decides to do a documentary on middleschool athletics with Monticello and Koby, the Cardinals began to gain publicity. With all the stands full and the fact that Koby was on TV, he suddenly about teamwork. He thought that just becaus he had the spotlight, that there wasn't anyone else on his team. He believed that he made up the Cardinals team all by himself. After Tug and Sara and Koby'steammates started avoiding him he began to come to his senses that he wasn't the only one on his baseball. Even though he was a TV star, at the end of the book he began to work with his team and become a better team-player. I really enjoyed this book because I love all kinds of sports books. I also like this book because it showed some of the commone struggles when playing a sport. Some of the events that took place in this book happened to my football team in real life, so I related this book to my real life experiences. I would recommened this book for anyone who loves to play any type of sport, because it can show people how you have to work together to be successful and how to avoid problems like this on your team.
