JOHN RANDAL RETURNS IN PRIVATE ARMY Raiding Forces is undergoing a major reorganization to be better able to carry out small-scale raids against Rommel's only hard-topped road, the Via Balbia. It runs along the coast from Tripoli to Tobruk.
