Raise Your Game was another great 5 star read from Cassia Leo. I was pulled in right away with a hot and steamy scene with Logan. I had a couple of LOL moments as well. Logan has quite the reputation with women. Logan and his brother are thrown into a competition by their father, Logan has to save Close-Up magazine. If he wins he would end up with the family business. Sophie is a journalist at Close-Up with the nickname the “Celebrity whisperer”. She is very good at her job. When the company starts firing people she starts to worry a little, and when she finds herself in the CEO’s office, what is presented to her is very different than what she expected. Pretend to be married to Logan at a couples retreat and get the scoop on a celebrity couple. Will she be able to help Logan and keep her heart out of it? Will his meddling brother interfere with his plans? “So you think I am somehow unskilled at making people do whatever I want them to do?” His eyes are locked on mine as his fingertip grazes the top of my hand. There is so much more to this fun page turning read. I loved the bantering and chemistry between Logan and Sophie. The secondary characters also added a great element to the story. Cassia does a great job of pulling you right in with her writing and you feel like your right there with the characters. The ending was perfect, I was very pleased once again. I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
