Tommy Alessio, my father, was a restaurateur in Tulsa, Oklahoma from 1951 through his retirement in 1973. He introduced gourmet cooking to Tulsans of the time. He was most famous for Tommy’s Villa Venice, winner of five stars from the Mobile Travel Guide in 1961. This is a cookbook comprising recipes most popular and regarded by his customers.
