Melissa brings over two decades of experience across Learning and Development, Talent Management, and Organizational Development. Prior to Udemy, Melissa created and built Learning, Organizational, and Talent Development functions for Adobe, Twitter, and WeWork. She is a speaker, panelist, and contributor to broad industry publishers including Harvard Business Review (HBR) and Forbes.
