Red Roses for Valentine's Day

Another murder happens in Portage Falls to the wife of one of the police officers. He becomes a prime suspect, but his police chief and the other officers don't believe he was the one who murdered her even though their marriage was not a good one. When another woman is almost murdered the murderer of the police officer's wife is found out.
