Amazing continuation of Lexi & Leo's story. I was thrilled to get an advanced copy of this and it definitely lived up to my expectations for one of Elena's stories. It was great to get to visit Leo & Lexi in Canada and see how they ended up in Vegas, again. I'm so happy with the end of the story. I can't wait for Elena's next adventure. Thanks for a great weekend read.

My first read by Elena Aitken was Nothing Stays in Vegas and I loved it. She has become one of my favorite authors who I’ve read many of her books. I was excited when I found out she was writing Return to Vegas and looking to see what was going on with Lexi and Leo and I wasn’t disappointed.
The story continues five years later with their life with a few bumps along the way. Leo seems a little bored and gets an opportunity to go back to Vegas for a great deal on an investment property. So off they go for a vacation to Vegas and a few other surprises happen while there. The story has heartache, love and fun which are all the good things that makes Aitken should a great author. You’ll fall in love with the characters who are all very well described.
I was given this copy as an ARC but you won’t be disappointed in reading it and I’m sure you’ll look forward to reading more of Elena Aitken’s books.

I loved this sweet story! I didn't read the first one but am anxious to purchase it and devour it as I did this book. It can be read as a stand along story for sure.
Lexi and Leo have been though a lot together. Love, loss and finally happy ever afters. Lexi and Leo are very much in love, but they both have a big secret they are keeping from one another. Lexi believes her secret needs to be kept for the greater good so not to hurt Leo again and Leo's secret, well shouldn't be a secret at all.
New doors open and Leo and Lexi are able to finally start a fresh new life together. They have both been through so much, so its bitter sweet that they finally get the happily ever after and the family they deserve.

It has been several years since I read Elena Aitken's What Happens in Vegas and was excited to know she was releasing a follow-up. I took the opportunity to re-read the original and I enjoyed it this time around as much as last. It had twists and turns, drama and heartbreak, and love.
In Return to Vegas, we catch up with Leo and Lexi five years after What Happens in Vegas. Leo and Lexi have made a good life for themselves. But as with any couple, they have their struggles. The author does a good job of depicting some typical struggles a couple may have after getting comfortable in their relationship. They've lived through some heartbreak and some struggles but have remained strong as a couple - or so they thought.
I love how the author demonstrated the struggles each of them had as they withheld information from their partner, each for their own good reasons, but the emotional struggles they work through while trying to navigate the situations they find themselves in was realistic and heartwrenching. I thought the way Leo and Lexi got their ultimate happily-ever-after was perfectly done and a good example of how a couple can work through struggles and come out the other end stronger for it.
All in all, a great read and really nice to catch up with Lexi and Leo.

Return to Vegas is the continuing story about Lexi and Leo by Elena Aitken.
Leo and Lexi would never lie to one another and keeping secrets from one another wasn't an option so why do they find themselves in situations where they are both not being entirely honest with each other?
They need a break from their responsibilities at home and work so taking a much needed family vacation to Vegas makes perfect sense. Back to the place where their relationship started all of those years ago. Will this trip pull them apart or draw them closer?

I received an ARC copy in exchange for an honest review. This was such a great book that I couldn’t put it down!! I haven’t read the first book but this one could be read as a standalone however now I’m going to go back and read Nothing Stays In Vegas! I fell in love with Lexi and Leo and their story. You won’t be disappointed!
