Amateur sleuth, Eve Foster, has been keeping a secret from her best friend, and it's almost time for that secret to come out into the open.

Levi, Tiana's long-term boyfriend, is planning a proposal, and has asked Eve to help him set up the perfect evening. Since Tiana wants a public proposal, they make reservations at a nice restaurant and bring the staff in on the plan.
