Rosco the Rascal at the St. Patrick's Day Parade

This time it's not Rosco who's making mischief, it's the leprechauns. When Rosco's buddy, Sparks the pug, goes missing, Rosco and the kids set out to find him, embarking on adventures through the St. Patrick's Day Parade. At the same time, Mandy thinks the leprechauns have jinxed her with bad luck because she broke with tradition and didn't build them a leprechaun trap filled with treasure this year.
