About the Author

Joe Martin enjoys life with a multitude of interest. Being a lifelong resident of south east Texas he likes most all outdoor activities especially distance running and road bike riding. Growing up Joe earned his Eagle scout with silver palm rank, played baseball, football and basketball. His family went on frequent camping, fishing and hunting trips. By trade Joe is a degreed mechanical engineer specializing in rotating equipment. His telling of stories to his grandson inspired the publication of his first children's book, Ruby The Chimney Cat.
