Book Review: Ruin Me by Jessica Sorensen ***I was given an arc of this book in return for my honest review.**** Ruin Me was exactly the book I had needed to get me out of my reading slump and it was everything I expected from one of Jessica’s books. If you loved Jax, Avery’s brother, from Wreck Me, then you will be happy to know that he got his own book. The books starts off with Jax and his love interest Clara being in a friends with benefits relationship. It’s working prefect for Clara, but Jax wants more. He wants to get to know her more, and he wants her to open up to him. However, Clara doesn’t want to open up to Jax, or anyone for that matter. Clara has had a rough couple of years after losing her father in a car accident and being left to take care of her mother.  I completely understood Clara’s uneasiness about starting a relationship with Jax. She was scared and didn’t want to be hurt. Jax isn’t someone who comes from a nice and happy family. His mother is a drug addict prostitute and he doesn’t even know who his father is. The only person who has been there for Jax is his older sister Avery, who he lives with while helping her with her son Mason. But, Avery now has Tristan and Jax is ready to start his own life. And he wants to start it with Clara by his side.  One night, Jax gets a voicemail from his mom (who he hasn’t seen or spoken to since the day he ran away). The message is cryptic and ends abruptly. Jax doesn’t know what to think and can’t seem to shake the uneasiness he feels about the message. He decides to set out and find his mom. It just so happens Clara has some unfinished business in Wyoming and decides to tag along. Jax and Clara, alone in a cross-country road trip? Nothing could go wrong, right? You’ll just have to read to find out. I’ve read quite a few Jessica Sorensen books and have never hated one of her books, especially Ruin Me. overall I found this book very entertaining and am excited for more Jessica Sorensen to come this year. I was very grateful to receive this ARC and hope you guys go check out Ruin Me. It’s out know and is definitely worth a one-click!!Book Review: Ruin Me by Jessica Sorensen ***I was given an arc of this book in return for my honest review.**** Ruin Me was exactly the book I had needed to get me out of my reading slump and it was everything I expected from one of Jessica’s books. Touching story of discover! These two characters find they are soulmates that just need a push to realize it. Jax and Clara come from different background but both know pain and loss. Jax's family life if you want to call it that was a mother who was to worried about where she would get her next fix. Clara had a perfect life till the car accident. Life is not fair but this love story proves we can over come pain and fear with love! I did think you could give me joy again in a book Jessica Sorensen, but you did it again. Thank you!
