About the Author

Onne van der Wal is an award-winning nautical photographer and author whose photographs have graced the covers of every major sailing magazine in the United States and abroad. A seasoned yacht racer himself, he won the Whitbread Round the World Race and still tours with teams both as sailor and photographer.
Gary Jobson is an America's Cup-winning tactician. He is the author of twenty books on sailing, has produced more than 1,200 television shows for ESPN, currently serves on the board of World Sailing, and is a past president of US Sailing.
