About the Author

Eric Kramer has taught SalesForce development at a large U.S.-based international telecommunications company where SalesForce is used to integrate third-party sales teams with core internal pricing and ordering applications.

He is currently teaching, in coordination with Johns Hopkins University, a college-level SalesForce course designed to encourage in-sourcing of technology jobs on the White Mountain Apache Reservation in Arizona.

Eric holds his bachelor's degree from the University of Kansas and an MBA-MIS from St. Peter's University in Jersey City, New Jersey. He has a number of industry awards and credentials including certification from the Project Management Institute, Agile software processes and SalesForce development.

He has worked on a wide range of IT projects, including being a lead systems engineer for IBM. Eric is currently working for a large Canadian IT company on projects for a leading American telecom provider.

One of his main strengths is his ability to understand and communicate key points quickly and clearly to others.
