Welcome to our 'Worlds of Treebs'.
This ebook is the first in a series of Treeb books by children's author and illustrator Roy Bentley.
Treebs are delightful woodland characters that have exciting and surprising adventures; all with happy endings!
In this story we meet Sally Willow, a young Treeb, who lives under a huge willow tree beside a slow lazy river.
She tries to swim in a small pool at the edge of her river. One day she decides she would like to learn to swim properly.
She pushes off into the wide river seeking help from a mother duck teaching her chicks to swim on the other bank.
On the way she meets a surprising creature. Soon they make friends, and Sally persuades it to teach her to swim; just like a crocodile!
There is already a sequel to this story, 'Sally Willow Zoo Break In', where Sally and another new friend smuggle the sad crocodile back into his warm zoo home.

Most Helpful Customer Reviews
Sally learns to swim was very enjoyable to my children. I was a bit worried about her leaving her home and running across a crocodlie. It was a great opprotunity to talk with my kids about stranger danger and the things that could have gone wrong.
