Alicia McLane works in a factory. She is an average employee earning her living in a manufacturing plant. Her life changes when a new supervisor comes and starts bullying and harassing her. Alicia decides to fight him back. Unfortunately, her complaints against the supervisor are handled by the company in a way that shows that anti-harassment and anti-bullying procedures are violated even by the higher management.
