God's grace is simply scandalous, isn't it?
If you think about it, it's scandalous for a perfect God to love imperfect people like us. It's shocking that the Lord of the universe would want to have any sort of relationship with people like you and me.
But here is the real scandal - that as a result of our sin, Jesus the Son of God became sin for us and died on the cross in order to redeem us. Not only did He do this, but He gave us His own righteousness as a free gift in exchange for our sin...
