About the Author

Rodney W. McWilliams is a newly published author, finally taking his lifelong hobby of writing to the next level. Publishing a novel has been one of his goals for almost 40 years, and this marks a milestone in his life. He wants to offer a good story that lets the reader have a temporary escape to be entertained, and to see the "movie" in their minds as he did when written.

He was a finalist in the Sante Fe Writer’s Project annual contest for one of his short stories, which is also set to become a full-length novel.

Scourge is the first of a planned trilogy, and I have various fiction projects in the works.

In 2023, SCOURGE won the First Place CLC Book Excellence Award in the "Paranormal and Urban Fantasy" category at ChickLitCafe. It is also receiving praise online.

He lives in West Texas with his wife and herd of furry, four footed children.
