Second Arctic Expedition I: Narrative; Western Detachment

Captain John Franklin's reputation as an Arctic Explorer was established with the successful completion of his Second Expedition in the years 1825-1827. That success was based on the knowledge gained during the First Journey, better organization and better equipment.
