They say that opinions are like assholes: everyone has one. Well, I have more than one.

Opinion, that is. A few of those opinions are collected in this book. It helped me to clarify my thoughts by writing them down. For anyone without the inclination to do so for themselves, maybe this book will be helpful.

But maybe not.

If you're having trouble falling asleep, this book will probably be helpful (but no guarantees).

When you're looking in the refrigerator, hoping to find something good that wasn't in there five minutes earlier, this book will not be helpful.
