He has guided hundreds of people in developing meaningful meditation practices, including many navigating the unique challenges of incarceration. Before transitioning to a life of service, Joe played various roles supporting the global shift to energy-efficient lighting, earning multiple US patents in integrated circuit and semiconductor device design. Joe's current focus lies in integrating Buddhist psychology with modern neuroscience and neuropsychology to relieve suffering and unlock the mind's natural capacity for peace, joy, connection, and wellbeing.He is the founder of Unbreakable Inc., an organization devoted to helping people reconnect with their innate resilience and goodness-often buried beneath layers of trauma, anxiety, and depression.
