Self-Healing 2.0 is a set of mostly keyboard-oriented instrumental pieces intended to boost the body and spirit by way of relaxing musical tones and positive affirmations that are spoken onto each track, but mixed so low as to be inaudible. Whether or not the spoken inspirational messages are actually there is a mystery and must to taken as a leap of faith, but the dreamy synth tones blended with electric piano, acoustic piano, flute, and harp are downright mystical.
