This is a very easy read and perfect for the beginner or the master of spiritual growth. basically takes the guess work out of simple observation and explores changing ones habits in a unique way (easy to do). this book is one you keep on your shelf and re-read again and again! My book club got so much out of this and we still ask eachother what we have observed over the past week when checking in!
