227 nook page filled with conflict, heartache, some humor, steamy loving, visits from other characters from previous stories, and just plain ole good story. Different for having two different types of Kindred fall for the same woman other then Twin Kindred. It was a nice twist, an I truly enjoyed this book as well as a lot of her others!!****

Love the Kindred. Bron and Sorin are best friends, or Friends of the Heart. They are scientist working on the Mothership. When a third member joins their group, their friendship is tested. Kayla is smart, funny and in love w/ 2 men. 2 Kindred. And not Twin Kindred, but a Beast and Blood Kindred, and they do not share. Our lives are formed by our experiences. Can Bron and Sorin get over their pasts in order to get the future they both really desire. Kayla is their center, their heart. Sharing a Mate had me laughing and crying and in the end had my heart melting. Great read.

I think this is the best one so far, I just wish it was longer! I liked that there was some humor in this book which is usually kinda lacking in the series. I also really liked them already being best friends, which made the book lighter and the characters more likable. It also gave you a taste of what their future would be like. The ending was the best! So beautiful it brought a tear to my eye! The only part I was a little disappointed about was how their threesome worked. It was too much like how the twin kindred worked for me. I was hoping for steamier and different love scenes. So much potential... Anyway, a definite favorite! I wish it was part of the bride series so we could get a sexy encore in the next book!

I love this story and how the author brought a threesome together without it being twin kindred. I felt sorry for Kayla but not because she was exposed to the Xi-46 but because she was in-between 2 best friends that wanted her to chose. This had to be tearing her apart inside. I found Bron and Sorin both sexy. Bron was a beast kindred and Sorin was a blood kindred. best friends that felt like they could not share. I loved watching the tug of war on feelings they had. I am not one that truly likes reading M/M stories but this one was not different. I loved reading about how these 3 came together and let me tell you things got pretty hot between these 3. I enjoyed the story and glad I got a chance to read the book.

This Kindred Tale is a M/F/M romance which was interesting and different, but not one I need to read again. It was sweet to see the three of them together and their true affection for each other, but it got repetitious reading everything that happened from three view points. The book was good for continuing the Kindred storyline and showing how the Mother Ship was able to get through the Great Needing and the events it caused. The storyline could've been sped up a little as I felt it dragged in a few spots and didn't hold my interest like many of the other stories in the series. i really enjoyed this book, i enjoy all of Evangeline Anderson that I've read. I like how they each had their own past they were trying to hide, but i liked even more how it helped complete them more. i love how in the end they all conquered their own personal fears and banned together and became a really intriguing couple. This book was very much worth the wait! Storyline is gripping and hot! Characters captivate you and their development is excellent. Pages turn for this story easily. Adventure, romance and interstellar travel...this book has it all. Did i mention there's the whole forbidden love thing? Well, there's that too!!! :) This is just a good, entertaining and gripping story! The CoverArt is tastefully done with an Artist's touch. I would reccomend this book to anyone over the age of 18years old. You won't be disappointed by your purchase of this book. Congratulations Evangeline Anderson for yet another stunning Kindred Read!! :) I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.

Evangeline Anderson - Sharing a Mate: A Kindred Tales M/F/M Novel (Brides of the Kindred) In the Last Kindred Tales Book the mothership had been compromised by a calf Kindred terrorist who got a chemical, Xi-46 into the vent system. The aphrodisiac chemical affects all females on the mothership and creates what becomes know as “The Great Needing”. We meet the three main characters, a team of Doctor/scientists, Ron, Soren and Kayla. The two best friend have been in love with Kayla since the first day they met and when the aphrodisiac chemical is released, Kayla turns to her two teammates for release. The team is sent on a mission to a strange planet where the flower use to create the chemical is grown. Besides this challenging mission, the three can’t seem to rectify how to find a way to share Kayla. The males are not Twin Kindred. Bron, a Beast Kindred and Sorin , a Blood Kindred do not share a mate. Although I am not a fan of M/M/F scenarios it was done with discretion, and the emphasis of the love the males shared for each other and Kayla. Their wish was that one day she would choose one of them to be her mate. Happily there were many very hot scenes and situations that were M/F/M as well as an exciting, suspenseful, adventurous, entertaining story, as well as a crazy new planet.

This is another Kindred Tales novel and it has everything you would expect from Ms. Anderson’s stories and, a little bit more. Sorin, Bron and Kayla are a perfect pod and once they get past their horrible past experiences with family, they bond together, including the men. There is some very limited physical connection between the men but what I loved was the profound love they had for each other. They were absolutely best friends and Kayla just drew them together in a beautiful way. A fun story with plenty of unexpected heat. A story of true love. So many stories of love in the face of adversity have been told but Evangeline finds an amazing way of telling it.

I really enjoyed reading this book , the chemistry between the characters is wonderful. The struggle the two Kindred have is epic. I can't wait for more from this author. I received this book as a FREE ARC copy to read and I voluntarily leave this review.

When I first heard about this addition to The Brides of the Kindred, I honestly though the plot would never work out and that this one might be the exception to all the other BotK. But Ms. Anderson has given us another winner and showed me my fears were groundless. The idea in Sharing a Mate were actually started in Releasing the Dragon. I'm really glad I read that one first so I could grasp what is happening on the Mother Ship that leads to the problems inherent in Sharing a Mate. Because of the danger the main characters are facing and knowing the love between them is growing (as well as the steamy sex!), I couldn't put it down. There was something happening every second! I really enjoyed this one. If each story was a movie, I'd watch this one over and over. It's a great read and Evangeline Anderson has done it again!
