About the Author

I am an octogenarian and have been married to the same man for sixty-five years. We have two children, a daughter and a son. Up until this time, I have not been able to utilize my talents that I feel are within me. With a grown family, I now feel it is my time, and I have been feeling my way in the arts. Oil painting and writing are the two God-given talents that I seem to excel at. I have written and published two books, one called With a Smile, the other Rainbow Enterprise. Both have done well in the sales department. This book is called Sheepshead Bay Murder Mystery, which takes place in the area I was born and raised in, Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, New York. I am now working on a children’s book called Mr. Mo and Ms. Maybelle, who are my pets. The book goes into the adventures they experience living together. Each chapter will be a learning experience for the reader. I am having fun at this age, doing exactly what I want to do with no regrets. This is my prescription for longevity. Get rid of the stress and garbage from your youth. Let no one discourage you.
