Henry Boynton (1835 – 1905) was a Union officer, and recipient of the Medal of Honor. After the Civil War, Boynton became a correspondent with the Cincinnatti Gazette. He served in the Spanish American War, earning the title of Brigadier General, and is buried at Arlington National Cemetery.
