JUST FYI this book contains most if not all of the shorts written by Janna Hill. I agree with a previous reviewer this edition is more cost effective AND several of the best stories have expanded renditions. Once upon a Dead Gull, Door Number Four and The Perpetual Series to name a few. There are also some beautiful dark prose in this edition. Wondering what she/he/they will come up with next.
all of the stories and poems are 3-4 * entertainment but Odd Man Out, Savanna Dawn, SKippy Red and Hemingways Beloved make it worth 5* 4 sure!! Highly recommend it.
I THOROUGHLY ENJOYED THIS MIXED BAG OF DARK AND FUNNY TALES. SOME WERE JUST SO-SO MUST MOST WERE TOP SHELF MATERIAL.
A great collection of mixed stories. Some funny, some sad. All are little macabre. Dealing with dementia the story They Always come on Sunday hit really close to home.
