About the Author

about michele sprague

Michele Sprague doesn’t claim to be a counselor or psychiatrist, but feels like she earned an honorary doctorate degree in life after divorce. And Michele admitted to having plenty of patient-counselor experience.
It's been 10 years since Michele’s divorce became final. It's been an interesting journey. Michele experienced ups and downs, laughter and tears, self-discovery and self-doubt. She’s fallen in love and had her heart broken, made wonderful friends and discovered she has courage.
Michele wrote this book to let you know you are not alone. Whether you are divorced or a widow, the feelings and experiences you have as a single again woman are common. Through her experiences, as well as the experiences of friends and acquaintances, Michele learned there are some things we can do to avoid the potholes of single again life.
Michele earned a Bachelor's degree in Communications from the University of Michigan-Flint. Her experience includes writing stories for corporate magazines, as well as oodles of
company newsletters and marketing pieces. And Michele lives her ever-changing life in an international community in southeastern Michigan.
