Three friends embark on a journey that will forever change not only the world, but everything they have ever known. Will they succeed or will all be lost?
Skylar lives in a small Pennsylvania town with her best friend, Rhiannon and her best friend's brother, Blaze. The three have been inseparable for most of their lives. Now in their early twenties and out on their own everything is about to change. But one things remains constant for the beautiful Skylar...she has loved Blaze for as long as she can remember. Fear is the only thing that stands between her and the man that has held her heart for her whole life. Can she trust him with her heart or will she lose him forever?
Dreams of a happily ever after with the man of her dreams pale in comparison to what awaits Skylar while she sleeps. Dark angels hell bent on destroying her world, cause this vital young woman to doubt her very sanity. Frightened by the images that follow her every night, Skylar finds her friends are all she has.
Can these three brave friends fight forces beyond their imagination to save all they've ever known?

3.5 Stars A fast paced story with much potential. It has great character interaction, but it does not give characters the time to grow and evolve. The plot seemed to be well thought out, even though all events were crammed into a one week time-frame. There is also a lot of minor errors throughout the story that detracts from the overall picture the author is trying to create. Such as "Well, I am not happy about of this" or "the world is full of so much hate and greed." I think with some minor changes, and just a tad slower pace this book has the potential to be a 5 star read.

I actually give this book a 3.5   **I received this book for a honest review**  Angels, witches, Weres, and vamps! Oh my! If you like fast paced paranormal books this is for you. Although this book wasn't my normal paranormal cup of tea, I enjoyed parts of it. The story is very fast paced and that didn't give the characters time to develop and grow. It is also written in diary type form (I did this and then this happened.) It annoyed me some but I was able to get over myself and finished the book.  Skylar seems very immature for 24 and unforgiving. This could be because everything seemed to happen in a week. Also strange that the world kept right on going when churches were being frozen and then burned,  their apartment caught fire, schools closed but stores and restaurants stayed opened.  This book has a lot of potential and I can't wait to see how the author grows into her writing.
